Subsidiaries of the Group:

• Winnamax Investment Pte Limited ("Winnamax") is a private limited company incorporated in Singapore on 5 March 2013, and currently wholly-owned by the Company. The principal activity of Winnmax is investment holdings
• Winmine Investment Pte Limited ("Winmine") is a private limited company incorporated in Singapore on 7 March 2013, and wholly-owned by Winnamax and is the sole beneficial owner of Yongyue. The principal activity of Winmine is investment holdings.
• Yongyue (Shanghai) Property Development Company Limited ("Yongyue") is a private limited company incorporated in the PRC on 6 January 2014, and wholly-owned by Winmine. The principal activity of the Company is property development.
